These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Titans of Enterprise Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, attending, or participating in any of our events or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

 

We offer a range of events and executive meetings and dinners management services, including:

 

- Event planning and coordination

- Venue sourcing and management

- Ticketing and registration services

- Supplier coordination

- On-site event management

- Consultancy and creative services

- One-to-one meetings – organization and co-ordination

- Executive dinners – organization and co-ordination

 

All services are provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

 

3.1 Bookings are confirmed only once written confirmation is issued and any required deposit is received.

3.2 Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

3.3 Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

3.4 For ticketed events, all ticket sales are subject to availability.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients must:

 

- Provide accurate information required for delivery of services

- Ensure timely approvals of planning documents

- Obtain necessary permissions (if applicable)

- Comply with venue rules, safety requirements, and laws

 

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

 

5.1 If you need to amend or cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing.

5.2 Cancellation fees may apply and will be outlined in your agreement.

5.3 We reserve the right to make necessary changes to events due to safety, operational, or regulatory reasons.

5.4 In exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure), we may postpone or cancel events. Refunds or alternatives will be communicated where applicable.

 

6. Attendee Conduct

 

Attendees must behave safely and respectfully. We may remove individuals engaging in:

- Unsafe behaviour

- Harassment or discrimination

- Damage to property

- Breach of venue rules

 

No refunds will be provided for removals due to misconduct.

 

7. Liability

 

7.1 We are not liable for:

 

- Personal property loss or damage

- Attendee behaviour

- Third-party equipment or supplier failures

- Issues arising from client-provided information

 

7.2 Our total liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

Event designs, materials, branding, and creative concepts created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9. Data Protection

 

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

10. Third-Party Suppliers

 

We may recommend or engage third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for their actions, performance, or terms unless stated otherwise.

 

11. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, power outages, pandemics, venue closures, or government restrictions.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
